Biography

Saulo Alves is the Group's global vice president of corporate relations and strategic business. He is an Electrical Engineer with post-graduation in budget planning of works and services by PUC-MG and in administrative management by UFBA. Saulo began his career in 1993 as a trainee at Cemig. In 1995, he joined Construtel Projetos e Construções Ltda as an engineer in the areas of planning and budgetary coordination of works. In 1998 he became Superintendent of the Bahia Business Unit, working in the energy (Coelba) and telecommunications sectors (Telemar, TIM). His career at AG began in 2000, as contract manager in the Telecommunications area. Saulo Alves composed the group of managers for the deployment of Oi's mobile network in the states of MG, RJ and BA. As Commercial Director of AG Investimentos, he worked in the development of new businesses focused on the electric sector. Currently, he is a member of the Board of Directors of Cemig and Santo Antonio Energia. In 2014 he assumed the vice president of corporate relations and strategic business of the Andrade Gutierrez Group. His area is responsible for the institutional and corporate representation of the AG Group and for the strategic business management of the AG Group.
