Biography

  Mr. Alexandre de Jesus Santoro has been President of Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, Inc. since March 27, 2017. Mr. de Jesus Santoro has been the Chief Executive Officer of ALL - América Latina Logística Malha Paulista S.A. since June 2013. Mr. de Jesus Santoro has been the President of Rumo S.A. (alternative name All America Latina Logistica S.A.) since June 15, 2013 and served as its Chief Executive Officer. He served as Chief Supply Chain and Operations Officer of Restaurant Brands International Inc. since April 2015 until March 2017, where he was responsible for Global Supply Chain, Quality Assurance and Global Operations. Mr. de Jesus Santoro served as Chief Executive Officer at Rumo Malha Norte S.A. (alternative name ALL - América Latina Logística Malha Norte S.A.) since June 2013 until 2015 and served as its Member of The Board of Executive Officers. Mr. Santoro served in various positions of increasing responsibility with America Latina Logistica from 2002 to 2015 and its Chief Executive Officer from 2013 to 2015. He served as Vice President of Logistics and Member of Executive Board at ALL - America Latina Logistica Do Brasil S.A. He served as the Chief Logistics Officer and Member of Executive Board at All America Latina Logistica S.A. and its Vice President of Logistics since April 2004. Mr. de Jesus Santoro served as an Executive Director of Argentina at ALL - América Latina Logística Malha Sul S.A. since March 2008 and served as its General Executive Officer of Argentina. Mr. de Jesus Santoro served as Logistics officer of America Latina Logistica Do Brasil since April 2004. He joined All America Latina Logistica in April 2002 and served as its Distribution Manager and responsible for AmBev's inbound and outbound door-to-door delivery operations. Mr. de Jesus Santoro has also worked in the intermodal operations group of SLC Alimentos. Prior to joining ALL, he served as an Operations Manager of Danone S.A. from 2001 to 2002 and Logistics Coordinator of Companhia de Bebidas das Américas - Ambev from 1996 to 2001. He served as the Chairman and Director of All America Latina Logistica S.A. Mr. de Jesus Santoro holds a Degree in Computer Science from the University of Salvador, Bahia and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and a Post-Graduate Degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas. In 2007, he attended the Advanced Management Program at Wharton School - University of Pennsylvania.
