Biography

Saulo Alves is vice president of Corporate Relations and Strategic Business of the AG Group. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering and a post-graduate degree in Budget Planning for Civil Works and Services from PUC-MG, and another one in Administrative Management from UFBA. Alves began his career in 1993 as an intern in Cemig. In 1995, he entered the company Construtel Projetos e Construções Ltda as an engineer in the civil works budgeting and planning areas. In 1998, he became the Bahia Business Unit superintendent, with activities in the energy (Coelba) and telecom (Telegram, TIM) sectors. He began his career in AG in 2000 as a contract manager in Telecommunications. Saulo Alves was part of the group of senior managers that deployed the Oi mobile network in the states of MG, RJ and BA. As commercial director, he worked in New Business Development with focus on the electricity sector and became a member of the Administration Council of Santo Antonio Energia. In 2014, Saulo Alves became the AG Group's vice president of Corporate Relations and Strategic Business. His area is responsible for the Group's institutional and corporate representation and for managing its strategic business, including AG Defense and Security.
