Biography
Carlos José is President of the Business Unit AG Brazil. Graduated in Accounting and Law, with an MBA in Business Management from FGV, he joined the AG Group in 1985 as an equity assistant. He was also commercial manager and commercial superintendent before assuming the commercial vice presidency of public infrastructure Brazil. In line with the strategic drivers of AG Engenharia, UN Brasil migrated to a leaner model oriented towards technical and operational excellence. In addition to public clients, UN Brazil focuses on Private Public Partnerships (PPPs) in the sectors of sanitation, housing, urban mobility, and contracts with service concessionaires. The area under Carlos José is responsible for prospecting contracts, defining business strategy, analyzing performance indicators and execution.
