Biography
Helton Soares is director of the AG Group's Management Center. Holding degrees in Accounting and Law, he served as accounting manager, tax manager, audit manager and control superintendent at AG before rising to his current position. He is currently responsible for directing the company's accounting, control, IT, fiscal matters, people and management areas. He considers his main recent achievements to be deploying the Strategic Action Program (SAP) and implementing the Management Center and Business Units division.
