Biography
Reinaldo Izzo is remuneration and organizational structure superintendent of the Andrade Gutierrez Group. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from USP, a postgraduate degree in Business Administration from FGV-SP and an MBA in Business Management from IBMEC-RJ. Izzo was general manager for governance, total remuneration and mobility at Vale before joining the Andrade Gutierrez Group in 2012 as corporate targets manager. His area's most recent achievements include deploying the Group's new organizational structure, redefining the executive job descriptions, and redesigning the variable remuneration model. Izzo is currently involved in projects like implementing a long-term incentives program in the company, and deploying a communication and training plan for AG's remuneration practices, targets and organizational structure.
