Biography
Cláudio Santos is the vice president of People and Management of the Andrade Gutierrez Group, responsible for the recruitment and selection processes - such as Trainee AG and Talentos AG - for training and developing employees, for internal communication, for controlling the organizational structure and of quality management, focusing on environment, safety and health. A chemical engineer graduated from UFRJ, Cláudio Santos is the manager of the area that also responds to programs such as Seguridad AG, Projeto Crescer (evolution of careers by hierarchical bands) and the Andrade Gutierrez University.
