Biography
Ricardo Sena is president of the AG Group. Graduated in Civil Engineering from UFMG and in Finance from FGV-SP, he held the position of technical director of M Roscoe SA before joining Andrade Gutierrez in 1981 as coordinator of Engineering and Budgets. From 2000 to 2012, Sena was president of Andrade Gutierrez Concessões SA The area in which it operates is responsible for the implementation of the new organizational model and Corporate Governance of Engineering and Construction, which now provides greater autonomy to business units. In addition to facilitating activity management, the new structure provides a more entrepreneurial vision for leaders. The Board was created to bring improvements to governance in the Group, now advised by committees that will help guide the company in important decisions.
