Biography
Mr. Sérgio Augusto Malacrida Junior has been the Chief Treasury and Investor Relations Officer of Votorantim Industrial S.A. since December 2013. Mr. Malacrida Junior joined Votorantim in 2011 as Treasurer of Fibria and in 2013, he held the position of Chief Financial Officer of Votorantim Energia. Previously, from 2010 to 2012, he was Partner at Vinci Partners and from 1999 to 2009, he was Partner at Prandini, Rabbat and Associates. He served as Director of Fibria Celulose SA. Mr. Malacrida Junior received a Degree in Economics from FEA/USP and attended the MSc in Mathematics in IME/USP. He also holds an FRM (Financial Risk Manager) certification from GARP (Global Association of Risk Professionals).
