Eduardo Nardinelli

Biography

Eduardo Nardinelli joined Axalta Coating Systems in 2014. Most recently he was promoted to the newly created role of Vice President, Axalta Coating Systems and President, Global Commercial Vehicle Coatings. Prior to that, he served as the President & General Manager of Axalta in Brazil, where he successfully managed the organization during the country’s period of recession. Prior to joining Axalta, Mr. Nardinelli worked for 16 years at Johnson Controls where, in his last role, he was Vice-President & General Manager, Power Solutions Brazil. He also had other leadership positions at Johnson Controls including assignments in the U.S., as Executive Director, Global Commercial Operations for Start-Stop, and in Shanghai-China where he was Vice President, Sales OEM Asia Pacific.  

Research Interest

Before joining Johnson Controls, Mr. Nardinelli held a number of engineering and commercial assignments during a 12-year career at SKF Brazil where his last responsibility was as Executive Manager, Sales and Marketing - Automotive Aftermarket. Mr. Nardinelli holds a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado and a M.B.A. from University of São Paulo.
