Biography
Mr. Humberto Mourao de Carvalho has served as a Member of the Board of Directors of Banco Alfa de Investimento SA since April 30, 2008. Previously, he acted as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company until April 30, 2008. He was Managing Partner of Companhia Construtora de Belo Horizonte, from 1964 to 1970, Member of the Executive Board of Banco Alfa de Investimento SA, from 1971 to 1978 and Regional Director of Banco Real SA - North American Region. He is Trustee of the Georgetown University and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Delta National Bank & Trust Co of Florida and Delta National Bank & Trust Co of New York, as well as Member of the Board of Directors of Alfa Holdings SA, Consorcio Alfa de Administracao SA and Financiera Alfa SA. He gained a degree in Engineering from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais and completed a program at the Stanford Business School in 1970.
