Biography

Mr. Paulo Guilherme Monteiro Lobato Ribeiro serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Banco Alfa de Investimento SA since April 30, 2008. Previously, he acted as Chief Executive Officer, Member of the Executive Board of the Company. He held several positions at Companhia Telefonica Brasileira, Cia de Papeis F Jonhonson, Cia Brasileira de Materiais Cobraco and was Chief Executive Officer of Banco Real SA. He is Chief Executive Officer of Financeira Alfa SA, Alfa Arrendamento Mercantil SA, Alfa Holdings SA and Consorcio Alfa de Administracao SA. He is also Chairman of the Board of Directors of Alfa Holdings SA and Consorcio Alfa de Administracao SA, as well as Member of the Board of Directors of Financeira Alfa SA - CFI. He holds a degree in Engineering from Pontificia Universidade Catolica do Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio).
