Biography
Mr. Joao Aguiar Alvarez serves as Member of the Board of Directors of Banco Bradesco SA since February 1990. He was admitted in April 1986 as Member of the Board of Directors in Cidade de Deus Companhia Comercial de Participacoes, one of the parent companies of Banco Bradesco SA, and from April 1988 started holding the position of Director. He also holds the position of Member of the Board of Directors in Bradespar SA since March 2000. He is Member of the Managing Council and Deputy Officer of Fundacao Bradesco, and Member of the Board of Directors and Deputy Officer of the Foundation Institute for Digestive System and Nutrition Diseases (FIMADEN). He graduated in Agronomy from Centro Regional Universitario de Espirito Santo do Pinhal - UNIPINHAL.
