Biography

Mr. Luiz Carlos Trabuco Cappi serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Deputy Chairman of The Board of Directors at Bradesco Leasing S.A. Arrendamento Mercantil. Mr. Cappi has been the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Banco Bradesco S.A. since March 10, 2009 and October 11, 2017 respectively. Mr. Cappi serves as Member of Board of Executive Officers at Banco Bradesco S.A. Mr. Cappi serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Bradesco Previdencia e Seguros SA (alternate name Bradesco Seguros). He served as Managing Director of Banco Bradesco S.A,. Mr. Cappi served as Vice President since March 1999 and Departmental Director from 1984 to 1992. Mr. Cap served as Executive Vice President of Banco Bradesco S.A. He served as Member of Management Board at ArcelorMittal Brasil S.A. He began his professional activities at Bradesco on April 17, 1969. He served as the President of Bradesco Vida e Previdência S.A until 1998. Since March 2003, he served as the President of Grupo Bradesco Seguros. He served as the Chairman and Director of Odontoprev S.A. since December 23, 2009. He serves as Vice-Chairman of Bradespar S.A. He served as Vice-Chairman of Banco Bradesco S.A. until October 11, 2017. He serves as an Internal Director of Banco Bradesco S.A. He served as a Director of Grupo Bradesco Seguros since March 2003. He served as Non Executive Director of Banco Espirito Santo SA from 2009 to May 2010. He was the President of ANAPP, the National Association for Private Pension Plans from August 1994 to August 2000 and a member of the managing board for the Brazilian Association for Listed Companies (ABRASCA) from July 2000 to February 2003. Mr. Cappi received a post-graduate degree from USP’s School of Sociology and Politics and graduated from the Philosophy, Sciences, Languages and Arts Faculty of the University of Sao Paulo (USP).
