Mr. José Antonio Álvarez Álvarez has been the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of Banco Santander, S.A. since January 13, 2015. Mr. Álvarez Álvarez served as an Executive Vice President of Financial Management and Investor Relations Division at Banco Santander S.A. since 2004 and served as its Chief Financial Officer from 2004 to January 1, 2015.
