Paulo Meirelles De Oliveira Santos served as the Private Banking Officer - coordination of commercial managers in Sao Paulo of Uniao de Bancos Brasileiros S.A. (Unibanco), a subsidiary of Unibanco Holdings S.A. since 2002 and was responsible for the management of its commercial teams throughout Brazil including Sao Paulo. Mr. De Oliveira Santos served as an Officer of Unibanco Holdings S.A. He started working with financial markets in 1983, in banks such as Chase Manhattan Bank, Delta National Bank and Trust Company of New York, Banco Bozano Simonsen S.A. and Banco Santander S.A. Mr. De Oliveira Santos serves as a Director of Uniao de Bancos Brasileiros S.A. (Unibanco). Mr. De Oliveira Santos graduated in 1981 in Civil Engineering from the Military Institute of Engineering (Instituto Militar de Engenharia) in the city of Rio de Janeiro, and holds an MBA from the American Graduate School of International Management, in Phoenix, Arizona.
