Gilson Finkelsztain

Biography

Mr. Gilson Finkelsztain has been Chief Executive Officer at B3 S.A. - Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão since May 5, 2017 and serves as its Member of Board of Executive Officers. Mr. Finkelsztain has been the Chief Executive Officer of CETIP SA - Mercados Organizados since August 7, 2013 and serves as its Member of Executive Board. Mr. Finkelsztain served as Chief Integration Officer at BM&FBOVESPA S.A. from March 29, 2017 to May 5, 2017. Mr. Finkelsztain served as an Officer at Banco Santander Brasil since March 2011 until 2013. He served as the President at CETIP S.A. - Mercados Organizados until November 30, 2016. He served as Fixed Income Officer of Bank of America Merrill Lynch from 2010 to 2011. He holds 20 years of experience in the financial market, having started his career at Citibank in 1993, where he held important positions in Brazil and abroad (Mexico, USA), until left Citibank in 2007 as Sales Director of Treasury. He was officer position at JP Morgan from 2007 to 2010. Since 1995, he has worked in major international financial institutions such as J.P.Morgan Chase / J.P. Morgan and Citibank, where he served as an Executive and Senior Management, always related to derivatives, foreign exchange and fixed income. He served as a Director of CETIP SA-Balcão Organizado de Ativos e Derivativos from September 12, 2011 to July 12, 2013. Mr. Finkelsztain holds Degree in Production Engineering from the Pontifical Catholic University (PUC) in Rio de Janeiro (1994), completed a specialization course in Emerging Markets Training Center/CitiCorp. in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida (1998), and participated in the Advanced Management Program at INSEAD, France in 2011.
