Biography

Ms. Cecília Mendes Garcez Siqueira is the Planning Director and Director of Caixa De Previdencia Dos Funcionarios Do Banco Do Brasil. Ms. Siqueira joined Caixa De Previdencia Dos Funcionarios Do Banco Do Brasil in 2004. She serves as a Vice President at CPFL Energy, Inc. She has been a Vice Chairman of CPFL Energy Inc., since April 29, 2005. She served as Vice Chairman of Companhia Paulista De Forca E Luz since April 27, 2005. Ms. Siqueira has been an Employee of Banco do Brasil since 1979. She has been a Director of Companhia Paulista de Forca E Luz since April 4, 2005, Embraer SA since September 2, 2015 and CPFL Energia S.A. since April 29, 2005. Ms. Siqueira was a Member of the Board of Directors of Neo energia and since April 2005, has been the Vice President of the Board of Directors of Paulista, Piratininga and CPFL Gerao. She served as Director of Embraer SA since April 2009. Ms. Siqueira received a Degree in Psychology from the University of So Joo Del Rey, in the State of Minas Gerais and in Education from the University of Braslia, in 1998 and both a post-graduation degree in Social Security and Management of Pension Funds and a Masters Degree in Executive Management from Fundao Getlio Vargas. She is attending the Masters in Business Administration Program at the Instituto Brasileiro de Mercado de Capitais.
