Biography

Mr. Sérgio Ricardo Silva Rosa has been an Executive Director of Caixa De Previdencia Dos Funcionarios Do Banco Do Brasil since 2000. Mr. Silva Rosa served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Caixa De Previdencia Dos Funcionarios Do Banco Do Brasil until May 2010. He served as Investor Relations Director at Litel Participações S.A. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Litel S.A., until October 2010. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Brasilprev Previdência Privada S/A (now Brasilprev Seguros e Previdência S.A.) from September 2010 to May 31, 2012. He served as the President of Valepar S.A. and Litel Participações S.A. He served as the President of the Banco do Brasil Employees’ Pension Fund (Previ), until May 2010. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Valepar S A. He served as Investment Director of ABRAPP. He served as the President of the Confederação Nacional Dos Bancários, from June 1994 to May 2000. From January 1995 to December 1996, Mr. Silva Rosa was a Legislator at the municipality of São Paulo. He served as the Chairman of Vale S.A. (formerly Companhia Vale do Rio Doce) from May 2003 to September 2010. He served as Chairman of Valepar S.A. until September 2010. He served as Vice Chairman of BRF S.A. - Brasil Foods S.A. from April 9, 2013 to April 8, 2015 and its Director until April 8, 2015. He serves as a Director of BRF - Brasil Foods S.A and Kepler Weber S.A. He serves as a Director of ALL - América Latina Logística Malha Oeste S.A. He served a Director of Valepar S.A. He served as a member of the Board of Directors of America Latina Logistica S.A. Mr. Silva Rosa served as a Director of Companhia Vale do Rio Doce since April 2003. Mr. Silva Rosa served as a Director of Brasil Telecon Participações (also known as Brasil Telecom S.A.) since December 2000 and Sauípe S.A. since May 2001. Mr. Rosa is also a member of CDES, founder and member of the Board of Directors of Principles for Responsible Investment Program, or PRI, established by the UN. He served as a Director of Vale S.A. since April 2003. He served as a Director of All America Latina Logistica S.A. Mr. Rosas served as Director of Bank Employees Union of the State of São Paulo, President of the National Confederation of Bank Treasury and Latin American Confederation of Bank Employees. Mr. Rosas was Alderman of the City of São Paulo from 1994 to 1996.  Mr. Rosa graduated in Journalism from the University of São Paulo (USP) in 1981.
