Mr. Antonio Marcos Gavazzoni serves as a Member of the Board of Directors, Majority Shareholder's Representative at Centrais Eletricas de Santa Catarina SA Celesc since 2012. Since January 10, 2011, he has been Chief Executive Officer, Member of the Executive Board of the Company. Within the Company, he is Member of the Strategic & Commercial Subjects Committee. He was State Secretary of Administration of the State of Santa Catarina from 2007 to 2008; State Secretary of Finance from 2009 to 2010; General Prosecutor of the city of Chapeco from 2005 to 2006; Office Director of the city of Chapeco from 2002 to 2004; Administrative Director of the city of Chapeco in 1998; Legal Advisor of the city of Chapeco from 1998 to 2002; Coordinator of the specialization course of Universidade do Oeste de Santa Catarina (UNOESC) from 2001 to 2002; Coordinator Professor of the undergraduate course of Law of UNOESC from 2002 to 2006; Visiting Professor at Escola Superior da Magistratura de Santa Catarina from 2006 to 2007; Guest Professor of the postgraduate course in Procedural Law and Citizenship at UNIPAR in 2002; and Advocate at Escritorio BGG Advogados Associados from 1997 to 1998.
