Biography
Mr. Derly Massaud de Anunciacao serves as Vice Chairman of the Board of Centrais Eletricas de Santa Catarina SA Celesc since May 11, 2016. Prior to this, he served as Member of the Board of Directors, Majority Shareholder's Representative of the company. As from April 30, 2010, he acted as Chairman of the Board, Majority Shareholder's Representative. Within the Company, he is Member of the Financial Committee. He has been Member of the Board of Directors of the Company since August 6, 2009. He is State Secretary of Communication of the Government of the State of Santa Catarina. He served in the Management and Executive Boards of several media vehicles, among which TV Difusora, Jornal Zero Hora, Jornal de Santa Catarina and Jornal Diario Catarinense. He studied Accounting, Business Administration and Journalism. He attended a specialization course in Strategic Management, Human Resources and Business Development at Kellogg School of Management.
