Biography
Mr. Jose Carlos Oneda serves as Chief Financial Officer, Investor Relations Officer, and a Member of the Executive Board of Centrais Eletricas de Santa Catarina SA - Celesc since July 1, 2013. Previously, he was Chief Financial and Economical Officer and a Member of the Executive Board of Centrais Eletricas de Santa Catarina SA Celesc since January 19, 2012. Within the Company, he is Member of the Financial Committee. He has been Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at CODEPLAN, as well as Member of the Fiscal Council at CASAN, UNIPLAC and BADESC. Between 2007 and 2010, he acted as Secretary of Senator Senador Raimundo Colombo. From 1998 to 2000, he was Regional Manager at IBAMA – Regiao do Planalto Serrano. He obtained a Bachelor's in Economics from Universidade do Planalto Catarinense UNIPLAC in 1976, as well as a post graduate specialization in Public Administration from ESAG in 1980.
