Biography
Mr. Pedro Bittencourt Neto serves as the Independent Chairman of the Board of Directors, Majority Shareholder's Representative of Centrais Eletricas de Santa Catarina SA Celesc since 2012. Prior to this, he has been Independent Director, Majority Shareholder's Representative of the Company. He has experience as Lawyer; Parliamentary Secretary; Legislative Technical Advisor; Commercial Director of Alo Representacoes e Comercio Ltda; Prosecutor Administrative-Director of OBA – Organizacoes Bittencourt de Alimentos SA; and Advisor of the Presidency of the Legislative House of Santa Catarina. He also worked in the Financing Sector of FLORISA and was responsible for the Production Sector of OBA – Organizacoes Bittencourt de Alimentos SA. He holds a Bachelor's in Law from the Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina.
