Fabio Venturelli

Biography

 Graduated in Production Engineering from the Polytechnic, USP (1988), with an MBA from FIA / FEA (1991) and INSEAD from Fontainebleau, France (2000). He has more than 25 years of experience in the areas of corporate management, global business management and commercial management in the chemicals and plastics industry, in national and international companies. His career was built at Dow Chemical from 1989 to 2007, where he held positions in Brazil and the United States, including Global Business Director and Corporate Director of Strategic Development. He is currently President of the São Martinho Group (São Martinho SA, São Martinho Energia SA, Bioenergética Santa Cruz 1, São Martinho Logística e Participações SA, Vale do Piracicaba SA, Nova Fronteira Bioenergia SA, Usina Boa Vista SA and SMBJ Agroindustrial SA) ,a joint venture of São Martinho with Petrobras Biocombustível SA, whose main objective is to expand ethanol production in the Midwest region through Usina Boa Vista SA and SMBJ Agroindustrial SA. Venturelli also serves on the Boards of Directors of SMA Indústria Química SA (São Martinho & Amyris), Vale do Mogi Empreendimentos Imobiliários SA (wholly owned subsidiary of São Martinho Group), Nova Fronteira Bioenergia SA and Centro de Tecnologia Canavieira SA
