Biography
He has a degree in Agronomy Engineering from the Federal University of Pelotas (1975) and a PhD in Agronomy from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (1981). He is currently a researcher at the Brazilian Agricultural Research Corporation. He has experience in the area of Agronomy, with emphasis on Mineral Nutrition of Plants, Agroecology and Family Agriculture, working mainly on the following subjects: cultivation without soil, hydroponics, mineral nutrition and phytoprotection with agroecological inputs.
