Tim Monger

Biography

Tim Monger joined Citi as Head of Productivity in October 2017. Reporting directly to the CEO and a member of the Citi Operating Committee, Tim works with Citi senior leadership to drive greater efficiencies throughout our businesses and functions. He also helps to set challenging productivity goals and build our capabilities to ensure those goals are met. Prior to joining Citi, Tim was Head of the UK Financial Institutions Practice at the Boston Consulting Group. In that role, he advised some of the world's largest financial firms on transforming their businesses to achieve significant productivity gains. For more than 20 years, Tim has worked for leading banks and financial institutions in the U.K., the U.S., Western Europe, and Asia. He has worked across the consumer and institutional sectors on issues ranging from strategy to restructuring to customer service. Tim earned his B.A. in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Oxford University and his M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
