Biography

Graduated in Pharmacy (1997) and Biochemistry (2003) from the Federal University of Bahia (UFBA), Professor of Biochemistry in the Department of Biofunction of the Institute of Health Sciences of UFBA in 1998 and professor of the postgraduate course of Faculdade Visconde de Cairu in 2006 and Estácio de Sá University in the area of ​​Project Management in 2014. Served as Deputy Chief of Pharmacy and Quality Manager at the Hospital of the Brazilian Army in the period 1998-2005. He held the position of Manager of the Institutional Development Nucleus - NDI at Embrapa Mandioca and Fruticultura, responsible for the processes of Quality Management, Environmental Management, Process Improvement and Strategic Management. Has experience in the area of ​​project management, laboratory, biochemistry, hospital pharmacy, pharmacy management, people management, with emphasis on quality management. He acts as a multi-thematic lecturer, MBA in Integrated Quality Management and Certifications. Consultant in personal finance and Master in Public Policy and Social Security Management focusing on Environmental Policy Management by UFRB.
