Brent Hastie

Biography

Brent Hastie is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial and Supply Chain Officer of Coca-Cola North America. In this role he is responsible for leading an organization of close to 4,000 supply chain and finance associates across the United States and Canada.  Hastie has total P&L accountability, as well as commercial and controllership responsibilities within the North America Business Units of USA Operations, Venturing and Emerging Brands, Fountain, Minute Maid, Canada and Supply Chain.  He also has financial oversight responsibility for the refranchising of company-owned bottling operations in North America to independent bottlers. Previously, Hastie served as Senior Vice President of Strategy and Planning for The Coca-Cola Company. In this role, he was responsible for driving global strategic planning and helping develop new avenues for revenue growth aligned to Coca-Cola’s 2020 Vision, while also finding opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency. Hastie first joined The Coca-Cola Company in 2006 and has served as Chief Strategy Officer for Coca-Cola Refreshments; President of Active Lifestyle brands, where he was responsible for managing the glaceau business; Vice President of Commercial Leadership Still Beverages; and Vice President of Strategy and Planning, all for the North America Group. Prior to joining The Coca-Cola Company, Hastie was a Principal with McKinsey & Company working in Atlanta, Brazil and South Africa. He also has worked in the Private Equity Group of Bain Capital as an Executive Vice President. He earned a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, graduating summa cum laude and received an M.B.A. with distinction from Harvard University
