Galya Frayman Molinas

Biography

Galya Frayman Molinas is President of The Coca-Cola Company’s Turkey, Caucasus and Central Asia business unit, based in Istanbul. In this role, she oversees company operations in nine countries. She started her career at Unilever Turkey before joining The Coca-Cola Company in 1996. She has served as Marketing Director for Coca-Cola Operations in Turkey, Central Europe and Russia. In 2007, Molinas took on the role of Group Marketing Director for Coca-Cola’s Eurasia Group, an operating unit which included Russia, India, Adriatic and Balkans Caucasus, Central Asia and the Middle East. In 2009, Molinas was named business unit President of Coca-Cola Turkey, before expanding her responsibilities as President of Coca-Cola Turkey, Caucasus and Central Asia in 2012. Molinas is President of the Coca-Cola Life Plus Foundation in Turkey, overseeing a number of sustainable community initiatives. She has served as a founding member of Coca-Cola’s Global Women’s Leadership Council until 2011 and has chaired the Turkey Business Council for Sustainable Development from 2011 to 2015. She is the Vice President of YASED, the International Investors Association of Turkey. Molinas is a graduate of Turkey’s Bosphorus University, Department of Business Administration.
