Mr. Jorge Andrés Saieh Guzmán serves as the Chairman and President at Consorcio Periodístico de Chile S.A. Mr. Saieh Guzmán has been the Chairman of Itaú CorpBanca since February 2, 2012. Mr. Saieh Guzmán serves as the Vice Chairman of the board of Group Interhold S.A., Asociación Nacional de Prensa and AFP Protección.
