Mr. Marcelo Eduardo Martins has been the Chief Financial Officer and Investor Relations & Mergers & Acquisitions Officer at Costa Pinto S.A. (formerly, Usina Costa Pinto S.A.- Acucar e Alcool) since 2009. Mr. Martins has been the Chief Financial Officer of Cosan Limited, a subsidiary of Cosan Group since March 23, 2009 and serves as its Investors Relations Officer. He serves as a Director of Corporate Finance of Votorantim Cimentos S.A. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Investors Relations Officer of Cosan S.A. Indústria e Comércio since March 2009 and served as its Mergers & Acquisitions Officer. He served as Vice President at Cosan S.A. Indústria e Comércio.
