  Mr. Francisco Caprino Neto serves as a Managing Director of Camargo Corrêa Energia S.A and Camargo Corrêa Investimentos em Infraestrutura (CCII). Mr. Neto serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the concessions division of Camargo Corrêa Group. Mr. Neto serves as Chief Executive Officer of VBC Energia SA. He served as a Division President of Concessions Division of Camargo Correa S.A. He was Processes Engineering Department Head and Planning and Control Advisor to Siderúrgica J.L. Aliperti S.A. Mr. Neto held key positions in several private entities, such as the Chief of the Engineering of Processes Department and Control and Planning Manager of Siderúrgica J.L. Aliperti S.A., Coordinator of Metallurgic Processes of Aços Villares S.A. and Planning Consultant of Camargo Corrêa S.A. He served as the Chairman of CCR SA. Mr. Neto served as the Chairman of the Process Engineering Department and advisor for the Control and Planning Department of Siderúrgica J.L. Aliperti S.A., He served as Vice Chairman of CCR SA. He serves as a Superintendent Director of Camargo Corra Energia S.A. and Camargo Corra Transportes S.A. Mr. Neto serves as Director of A-PORT S.A., Camargo Corrêa Investimentos em Infraestrutura (CCII). He serves as a Director at VBC Participaces S.A., and VBC Energia S.A. Mr. Neto has been a Director at CCR SA since August 13, 2004. He served as Director at CPFL Energia S.A. He served as a Director at CPFL Energia S.A., since April 28, 2000 until April 2013. He served as a Director of Usinas Siderúrgicas de Minas Gerais S.A.
