Biography
Mr. Efraim Schmuel Horn serves as Co-Chief Executive Officer of Cyrela Brazil Realty S.A. Empreendimentos e Participações and has been its Member of Board of Executive Officers since April 28, 2014. Mr. Horn is responsible for the Business Units of São Paulo, North and Northeast as well as Urban Development and Land. He served as Co-President of Cyrela Brazil Realty. Mr. Horn served as the Chief Executive Officer of Companhia Brasileira de Securitização - CIBRASEC from 2006 to April 2015. He served as the Head of Mortgage, Corporate Products, Corporate Finance and Investment Bank at Bank Itau from September 1996 to March 2015. He has been a Director of Tecnisa S.A. since 2015. Mr. Horn has a degree in Administration and Philosophy from Talmudic University of Florida (TUF), with an MBA from Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado (FAAP).
