Biography
Mr. Luiz Marcelo Pinheiro Fins has been the Chief Legal Officer at Votorantim Industrial S.A. since January 2014. Mr. Pinheiro Fins joined Votorantim in 1988 as a lawyer responsible for Companhia Luz e Força Santa Cruz. Prior to joining VID, he served as the General Legal Manager of Votorantim Metais S.A., VID's subsidiary. He served as a Director of Votorantim Industrial S.A. since 2014. He is a Member of the Decision-Making Council of Instituto Votorantim, an institute controlled by Votorantim focused on social policies and initiatives. Mr. Pinheiro Fins received his Law degree from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica of São Paulo in 1987
