Biography
- Management of the Expansion Department, responding to the areas of "Real Estate" and Engineering, encompassing expansion of stores, distribution centers and corporate buildings. - Leadership of teams in the development of real estate operations from the exploration of areas, through commercial negotiation with investors and owners of areas, technical and financial feasibility studies, geomarketing studies of the target market until the contractual negotiation of various models of instruments ("built to suit", simple lease, purchases and hybrids thereof).
