Biography

Mr. Marcelo Renato Nascimento Cerqueira has served as Chief Financial Officer, Chief Administrative Officer, Human Resources Officer, Investor Relations Officer and a Member Executive Board of Dtcom Direct To SA Co since January 28, 2013. Prior to that, he was Chief Financial Officer, Chief Administrative Officer, Investor Relations Officer, and a Member Executive Board of the Company as from October 7, 2008. Prior to this, he was Controlling Manager of the Company. In the past, he worked at BDO Trevisan Auditores Independentes, from 2006 to 2008; was Chief Financial Officer of CCV Locadora de Veículos Ltda, from 2005 to 2006; acted as Chief Financial Officer, Financial Manager, Director of Logistics and Cost Controlling Supervisor of Instituto Curitiba Saude, from 2000 to 2004;served in the Treasury Department of Clinipam – Clinica Paranaense de Assistencia Medica Ltda, from 1999 to 2000, and was Financial Assistent in IMEP – Instituto Medico Paranaense SC Ltda, from 1998 to 1999. He graduated in Economic Sciences from the Universidade Estadual de Santa Cruz in 1997, obtained a post graduate degree in Administration from the Pontificia Universidade Catolica do Parana in 2000 and a post graduate degree in Finance from Faculdade de Administracao e Economia (FAE) in 2002.
