Mr. Flavio Godinho

Biography

  Mr. Flavio Godinho served as the Chief Executive Officer of EBX Brasil S.A. Mr. Godinho serves as a Legal Vice-President of EBX Group Ltd. He has over 25 years of experience in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) in the international market. He served as a General Counsel, Corporate Development Officer and Member of Executive Board at EBX Ltd. and its subsidiaries. He joined TVX Gold Inc., in 1985 and served as its Senior Vice President for Corporate Development until 1998, where he was responsible for M&A in various countries, specially in Europe and South America. Since October 1999, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Azurix-Brazil. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of AMX -Acqua Management Inc. He serves as Chairman of EBX Brasil S.A. He served as a Director of Prumo Logística Global (a/k/a, LLX Logística SA) since 2009. He served as a Director of OSX Brasil S.A. He served as a Director of MPX Energia SA since April 28, 2009. He served as a Director of PortX Operacoes Portuárias S.A. Mr. Godinho holds a Law degree from Pontifícia Universidade Católica in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
