Biography

Mr. Francisco José Morandi Lopez served as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Investor Relations Officer of AES Sul Distribuidora Gaúcha de Energia S.A. Mr. Morandi Lopez serves as Vice President of Investor Relations at Eletropaulo Metropolitana Eletricidade de São Paulo S.A. since December 2014 and also serves as its Member of Executive Board. He has been General Director of Special Projects for Global Services of The AES Corporation, since October 2011. He served as Director Vice President of Investor Relations at AES Tietê Energia S.A. until October 1, 2017 and served as its Member of Executive Board since January 5, 2016 until October 1, 2017. He served as the Chief Financial Officer, Financial & Investor Relations Vice President, Investor Relations Director, Chairman of the Board and Member of Executive Board at AES Tietê S.A. and also served as its Business Development Officer since January 2014. He served as the Chief Executive Officer/General Director for Latin America and Africa, from August 2010 to September 2011. He served as the Chief Advisor Officer for the Latin America and Africa Regional President of The AES Corporation, from December 2008 to July 2010. He served as an Executive Vice President of Strategy Implementation and Director Vice President of the Implementation Strategy of The AES Corporation from May 2007 to November 2008. He served as an Executive Vice President of Global Business Transformation and Vice President of Global Business Transformation of The AES Corporation, from May 2006 to April 2007. He serves as the Chairman of AES Sul Distribuidora Gaúcha de Energia S.A., Eletropaulo Metropolitana Eletricidade de São Paulo S.A., Companhia Brasiliana de Energia, AES Chivor & Cia. SCA ESP and AES Panamá S.A. He served as the Chairman of AES Elpa S.A. He has been a Director of AES Tietê Energia S.A. since January 4, 2016, AES Elpa S.A. since December 2010 and Eletropaulo Metropolitana Eletricidade de São Paulo S.A. since May 2009. He served as a Director at AES Tietê S.A. since May 2009. Mr. Morandi Lopez holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and a Post-Graduate Degree in Corporate Finances and a Masters' Degree in Business Administration from Universidad Metropolitana, Caracas, Venezuela.
