Andriei José Beber

Biography

Andriei José Beber has been a substitute member of the Company's Board of Directors since February 2017. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from the Universidade Regional de Blumenau (FURB), a Doctorate's Degree from the Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS) and is a director of management, certified by the Brazilian Corporate Governance Institute - IBGC. He is currently: (i) Professor, Researcher and Advisor in the area of infrastructure management and maintenance, investment and corporate finance project analysis; (ii) Professor of the Graduate Courses Program FGV Management, acting in the Finance and Quantitative Methods area in the MBA Program in all of Brazil through the Fundação Getúlio Vargas Rio de Janeiro, RJ. (iii) At the Universidade do Vale do Itajaí, Itajaí, SC, he is: (iii.a) Lead researcher of the Civil Infrastructure Maintenance Studies Center; (iii.b) Responsible for implementing, planning and monitoring the research and extension activities in the scope of infrastructure aging and deterioration; (iii.c) Member of the research committee of the Land and Sea Technological Sciences Center; and (iii.d) Professor of the Undergraduate Course of Civil Engineering; He was also a director at the Centrais Elétricas de Santa Catarina S.A. – CESLESC, Florianópolis, SC., from May 2010 to January 2015.
