Biography
He is a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Oxford, UK, Ph.D. in Geography (Rio Claro) by the Paulista State University Júlio de Mesquita Filho (2003) / Université d'Avignon, FR, master in Remote Sensing by the National Institute of Space Research (1995) ) and graduated in Agronomy from the Universidade Federal Rural da Amazônia (1986). He is currently the General Manager of Embrapa Amazônia Oriental and a postgraduate professor in Environmental Sciences (UFPA / EMBRAPA / MPEG) and the Postgraduate Program in Natural Resource Management and Local Development (PPGDAM / NUMA / UFPA).
