Biography
He holds a degree in Agricultural Engineering from the Federal University of Viçosa (1979), a Master's Degree in Agricultural Engineering from the Federal University of Viçosa (1981) and a Ph.D. in Irrigation Engineering - University of Arizona (1990). He is currently a researcher, "A" of the Brazilian Agricultural Research Corporation. He has experience in Agricultural Engineering, with emphasis on irrigation management, working mainly in the following subjects: irrigation systems, irrigation management of annual crops, irrigated coffee production system. Since 2012, he has also held the position of Deputy Manager of Research and Development at Embrapa Café.
