Biography

PhD and MS in Economic Development, by the Economics Institute of the State University of Campinas (Unicamp). Specialist in People Management, from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV). Graduated in Law, from the University of São Francisco. Since 1989, he is an Analyst at Embrapa Informática Agropecuária, which is linked to the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply. He is currently Deputy Chief of Administration of Embrapa Informática Agropecuária (since July 2015), coordinating management processes: people; of assets and supplies; budgetary and financial framework; infrastructure and logistics. It develops activities: a) in the management of intellectual property, especially in Copyright and Digital Law; b) in information security management; c) in agricultural software market, technological businesses
