Biography
He holds a bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering from the Federal University of Viçosa (1970), a postgraduate degree in Plant Production from the Federal University of Viçosa (1973), a PhD in Graduate Course in Agronomy - Purdue University (1984) and a postdoctoral degree at Soil Quality in Nebraska University (1995/1996). He is currently Researcher III and Manager of the Nucleus of Technology Transfer of Embrapa (Brazilian Agricultural and Livestock Research Company) Maize and Sorghum. He has experience in the area of ​​Agronomy, with emphasis on Genesis, Morphology and Classification of Soils, working mainly in the following subjects: corn, mines general, environmental management, soil quality, sustainability indicators and technology transfer.
