Biography
He holds a degree in Social Sciences from the University of São Paulo (1990) and a Master's degree in Policy and Management of Science and Technology at the Center for Sustainable Development University of Brasilia. He is an Embrapa Career Analyst. He was General Manager of Embrapa Information Technology from 2003 to 2013, currently head of the Technology Transfer Department. Has experience in the area of ​​Political Science, with emphasis in Public Policies, acting mainly in the following subjects: Politics and management of Institutions; democratization, technological information, social inclusion, rural development.
