Biography
He holds a degree in Biological Sciences from the Federal University of Viçosa (UFV - 2007) and a Masters in Genetics and Improvement from the same institution (UFV - 2009). She has been Analyst A at Embrapa Gado de Corte since 2010, where she coordinated the implementation of the Integrated Management System (Quality Management, Environmental, Work Safety), Laboratory Management, and strategic planning of the Unit, actively working in structuring the Priority Agenda, analysis and improvement of processes and the implementation of management tools, according to the requirements of excellence in Public Management. He has acted as a substitute for the Deputy Chief of Administration since 2015, acting collaboratively in processes related to people management, budget and financial management, purchasing and equity management, management of administrative contracts, management of infrastructure and management of experimental fields and livestock production. In July of 2017 he assumed the position of Deputy Chief of Administration of Embrapa Cattle of Cuts and substitute of the Acting Chief General. He also worked in the private sector as a technical manager in the implementation of a Quality Management System and as a technical laboratory technician accredited by MAPA to provide services related to agribusiness. Has experience in Integrated Management Systems, Management Models and Tools, Strategic Planning, Process Analysis and Improvement, Audit, Quality Management, Environmental Management, Public Administration, Excellence Requirements in Public Management, Information Security, Laboratory Management, Biosafety, Molecular Genetics of Plants applied to Improvement and Bioinformatics.
