Biography
He holds a degree from the Catholic University of Pelotas in Journalism and Public Relations (1989), a master's degree in Social Communication (1996) and a doctorate in Social Communication (2004) from the Methodist University of São Paulo. He is the coordinator of Communication in Science and Technology at Embrapa, a non-attached postgraduate professor at the Faculdade Araguaia, in Goiânia, at the University Center of Brasília, at the National School of Public Administration (Enap) and at the Brazilian Business Communication Association (Aberje) . He worked for 9 years in the Communication Office of the Presidency of the Republic (2004 to 2012) where he was special adviser and director of the Public Communication Nucleus. He is director of academic relations of the Brazilian Association of Public Communication - ABCPública. He has 35 years of experience in the area of Communication, working mainly with strategies of communication, journalism, press relations, public relations, public communication and organizational communication.
