Biography

Business Administration from the State University of Mato Grosso. He is currently Coordinator of the Coordination of Contracting and Procurement of the Brazilian Agricultural Research Company - Embrapa, acting in the planning, coordination, control, execution and evaluation of processes and activities of management of supplies. In the elaboration and analysis of projects, subprojects, norms, opinions and management reports; in logistics activities, bidding, budget planning and execution, people management and general services; interpretation and enforcement; In the elaboration and application of regulations and norms inherent to bidding and logistics. Participant in activities in multidisciplinary teams, sharing knowledge to achieve objectives; Guidance and technical-administrative assistance to professionals of the Central and Decentralized Units. Analysis of structures and forms of work organization; orientation to the Company's Units in the analysis, proposition and implementation of improvements in the processes of management of supplies; Conduct of supply management processes; Assistance in studies and in the implementation of policies, strategies and plans of Management of Supplies. Elaboration of guidelines and plans for the implementation of programs of management of supplies; elaboration and support to the implantation of methods and techniques related to the management of the supplies; Management and Monitoring of Administrative Contracts of goods and services; proposition and implementation of improvements in supply management processes; Conduct of supply management processes; Assistance in studies and in the implementation of policies, strategies and plans of Management of Supplies.
