Biography
He holds a bachelor's degree in Agronomy from the Federal University of Viçosa (1984), a Masters in Biological Sciences (Entomology) from the National Research Institute of the Amazon (1993) and a Ph.D. in Agriculture (Soil Ecotoxicology) - Rheinische Friedrich Wilhelms Universität Bonn - Germany (2004) . He is currently a researcher at the Brazilian Agricultural Research Corporation. He has experience in the field of Agronomy, with emphasis in Agricultural Entomology, working mainly on the following topics: pest management and pesticide ecotoxicology in the soil.
