Biography
He holds a degree in AGRICULTURAL ENGINEERING from the Federal University of Ceará (1984) and a degree in RIGHT from the Federal University of Roraima (2011). He is currently analyst B of Embrapa Roraima, Decentralized Unit of the Brazilian Agricultural Research Company, acting as Deputy Head of Transfer of Technology. Has experience in the area of Agronomy, with emphasis in Agronomy and Public Management, having served as Deputy Chief of Administration of Embrapa Roraima
