Biography
Graduated in Agronomic Engineering from the University of Brasilia (1982), holds a Master's Degree in Plant Science from the University of São Paulo / Luiz de Queiroz College of Agriculture (1988) and PhD in Cell and Molecular Biology from the University of Brasília (1999) having developed a thesis as a visiting researcher at the National Seed Storage Laboratory / Agricultural Research Service / USDA in the USA. Researcher at Embrapa since 1989, Embrapa has worked at Embrapa Genetic Resources and Biotechnology, working in research and development in the areas of conservation of genetic resources and applied biotechnology to germplasm conservation, from 1989 to 2001, where he held various positions in the research administration, such as the Germplasm Conservation Area Coordinator and the Executive Secretary of the Internal Technical Committee. She moved to Embrapa Café, where she served as Executive Secretary of the National Coffee Research and Development Program - PNP & D / Café, from January 2002 to March 2005, Technical Assistant Manager of Embrapa Café from March 2008 to March 2010 and General Manager from April 2010 to April 2011. From April 2011 to March 2013 he held the position of Head of the Research and Development Department - DPD of Embrapa. From April of 2013 to June of 2014 she acted as Advisor to the Presidency of Embrapa. She was the Head of the Parliamentary Advisory Board of Embrapa - ASP, from June 2014 to February 2017. She is currently Advisor to the Embrapa Presidency. where she served as Executive Secretary of the National Coffee Research and Development Program - PNP & D / Café, from January 2002 to March 2005, Deputy Technical Manager of Embrapa Café from March 2008 to March 2010 and General Manager April 2010 to April 2011. From April 2011 to March 2013, he held the position of Head of the Research and Development Department - DPD of Embrapa. From April of 2013 to June of 2014 she acted as Advisor to the Presidency of Embrapa. She was the Head of the Parliamentary Advisory Board of Embrapa - ASP, from June 2014 to February 2017. She is currently Advisor to the Embrapa Presidency. where she served as Executive Secretary of the National Coffee Research and Development Program - PNP & D / Café, from January 2002 to March 2005, Deputy Technical Manager of Embrapa Café from March 2008 to March 2010 and General Manager April 2010 to April 2011. From April 2011 to March 2013, he held the position of Head of the Research and Development Department - DPD of Embrapa. From April of 2013 to June of 2014 she acted as Advisor to the Presidency of Embrapa. She was the Head of the Parliamentary Advisory Board of Embrapa - ASP, from June 2014 to February 2017.
